How long do Brow Laminations last?
Most commonly Brow Laminations last 8-10 weeks. This depends on your hair thickness though. The thicker your brow hair the shorter the amount of time the brow lamination will last. The thinner your brow hair, the longer it’ll last.
Does brow lamination damage brows?
This is a chemical treatment, so of course, there are risks involved, such as damage to your brow hair. But if the procedure is performed correctly, a Brow Lamination poses no risk to your brow hair.
What is Brow Lamination good for?
Brow Laminations and good for those with curly or very long untamed brow hair. It is also great for those who desire a darker color or tint to their brows. Brow Lamination is most commonly paired with an eyebrow tint, which darkens the natural color of the brows.
Is Brow Lamination better than microblading?
Brow laminations are best suited for those who have a significant amount of brow hair already and are wanting a more sleek, full, and tamed look. Microblading is for all brow types and lasts 12-18 months as to where Brow Laminations last 8-10 weeks.
Can you put makeup on laminated brows?
Yes! Just make sure to wait 24 hours after your procedure before applying anything on your laminated brows, this includes water. Do not get your brows wet for 24 hours after your Brow Lamination (the same rules apply as a head hair perm).
What should I not do before brow lamination?
To prep for your Brow Lamination, you’ll want to avoid using exfoliants, retinoids, or AHAs on your face for one to two weeks prior to your appointment. Avoid tweezing at least one week prior to your appointment (if you’re interested, we do offer the option to add on a brow wax to your lamination appointment).
