At Stellar Lash we see all clients on an appointment basis.  This time is specifically reserved for you. We understand unexpected events may occur causing you to cancel or not make it to your appointment. Please understand that cancellations on short notice or not showing up for scheduled appointments dramatically affects our stylists schedule and pay. Therefore to respect the time of your stylist: any appointment canceled with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Thank you for your understanding and respecting our stylists time!
