How does it work?

Before each session, our highly trained aesthetician will cleanse and dry your skin. Using a sterile 10-gauge blade we gently scrape off dead skin cells and facial hair. In just 30 minutes you can expect a fresh, bright look with more even tone and texture across your entire complexion.

What about recovery

Unlike some other, harsher skincare techniques, there is no recovery time with dermaplaning. We recommend an SPF 30 sunscreen to protect your skin after the procedure (but then again, we recommend an SPF 30 sunscreen for daily protection anyway!). It’s a safe and gentle procedure that produces amazing results.

Who shouldn't try dermaplaning

Because of its gentle nature, dermaplaning is safe for almost anyone. If you have deep cystic acne, we ask that you wait for a breakout to clear before using this treatment, for the safety of your skin, and to ensure the best possible results.
