Lashes should not be manually curled or permed before your appointment. We do not recommend wearing contact lenses during your appointment. Please remove all makeup (especially mascara and eye makeup) using our Stellar Lash Lash Bath cleanser (or other oil free cleanser). Please plan on arriving 10 minutes early to complete new client intake forms before your first appointment.

From N. Scottsdale Rd. and Bell Road head west and take your first left turn.  We are located in the shopping plaza west of CVS between the Tipsy Coyote and All American Outdoor Furniture on the street level.

Applying your first full set will take between 90-120 minutes.  Follow up fills should take approximately 60 minutes.

While very few of our clients react badly to lash extensions, we always offer to do “patch tests” if you are concerned or typically sensitive.  If you are getting lashes for a special event such as a wedding you may want to strongly consider a patch test.  If you have any sensitivity, please contact us.

If you have purchased a Groupon we will ask that you hang on to it for the duration of your appointment and we will ask that you pull it up on your Groupon application so we may redeem it for you! You may also bring the barcoded paper with you and we will redeem it for you in this manner. Please note that our in-store policy is that Groupons are for first-time clients only.

Technically, eyelash extensions are synthetic, individually applied, lashes that are attached to your natural lashes with medical grade adhesive.  But most of our clients tell us eyelash extensions are their solution to waking up each day with flawless lashes before you’ve put on your makeup!

As with any beauty product, how long they last will depend on your lifestyle, cleansing products, genetics and even seasonal changes.  On average we suggest lash fills every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full beautiful appearance.

Classic lashes are a technique in which one lash is applied to each natural lash.  This can give you a perfect “mascara” look even without makeup.  This technique is most suitable for clients who desire a more natural look and have a suitable amount of their own healthy, natural lashes.  Volume lashes are the application of ultra-lightweight hand-made fans of lashes to each individual lash.  This can create a more full, glamorous look.  This technique is very versatile and also often suggested for clients who have more sparse natural lashes.

Yes! Our services are designed to help you achieve the look you desire! Our master lash artists are trained in all the current trends and can help you choose what is right for you!

Absolutely! When applied by a certified, highly trained artist eyelash extensions are completely safe!  We take the health of your lashes very seriously which is why we occasionally turn clients away if their lashes are damaged by less experienced artists.  In these cases we recommend a lash serum and time to allow the lashes to heal before applying a new set.  And don’t forget, the body naturally sheds several lashes per day…this is not a sign of damage!

On average we apply 50 lash extensions per eye.  This will vary depending upon your individual lashes and the look you desire.

Yes! As with any hair or makeup product everyone reacts differently but most people can swim with eyelash extensions.  The natural absorption of water by your lashes may affect the longevity of your lash extensions.

Unfortunately our in store policy is that Groupons are for first-time clients only. We understand beauty services can be pricey! For this reason, we partner with Groupon in order to make your first-time visit more affordable whether it’s for eyelash extensions, waxing ,or spray tans. We do use the highest quality of resources such as Organic Spray tans, Imported pure wax, and hand-made lash extensions and because of this unfortunately, we keep Groupon discounts exclusively for first-time clients only. We appreciate your help in keeping our small family-owned business operational!

1. We recommend not getting your eyelashes wet for the first 24-48 hours in order to allow the adhesive to set properly.
2. Do not manually curl your lashes or perm them
3. Brush with a mascara wand daily
4. Don’t use oil based makeups and cleansers
5. Don’t touch or pull on your eyelashes!

1. Use Stellar Lash “Lash Bath” cleanser to clean you lashes daily
2. Avoid saunas or steam rooms
3. Sleep on your back (rubbing your lashes on your pillowcase will cause them to fall out faster!)
4. Schedule a fill with your favorite Stellar Lash artist!
